The hotel is modern and clean, in a good location 10 minutes' walk from Berliner Tor station (underground trains and also S-bahn over ground to the airport). The staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfasts were excellent with a mixture of German and British foods. Despite being from a machine, the coffee was also good.

The itself hotel is fine; the rooms are quite spacious and clean. They got a sauna at the upper floor which is really nice, and the staff was polite and friendly. All in all, it a good value for money.

the hotel dont except pet´s, but we have booked with, on your side. But they will except our arrangement. It was very kind and we are happe, because we dont need to change the hotel. For cleaning the room in case of oure dog , they only would have 30 € more.

Clean and quite new. Staff were all very friendly and smiling. Bed was very comfortable and the room sufficiently spacious. Nice and clean bathroom.

Lobby is welcoming and cosy. Room was spotless, beds comfortable, quality GROHE plumbing and excellent soundproofing. The window could be opened for air and there was an adjustable thermostat for heat or air-con. Kettle teas and cups provided. The baby cot we were eventually given was also great but they have stopped giving these now for some strange reason. Checkout was a civilised noon. In a very handy location near Berliner Tor station which offers plenty of transportation lines. Breakfast was excellent offering a good variety of foods. Staff were all super friendly despite being clearly overworked and understaffed at many times. Really enjoyed our stay. Danke :)

Nice new hotel. Just a wonderful breakfast where you can find anything you want. The room is new and quite spacious. Fast WiFi. New plumbing, good water pressure and temperature. The front desk staff is quick and helpful with everything.

The staff was nice and competent (especially at the reception). Everything was handled quickly. The hotel had good security measures. Times for breakfast were fitting and the room was clean. It had all the necessary items.

The location was great for those who want to be slightly out of the city centre, It's only 2 stops from the main station and the train station near to the hotel is only 5 minutes walk away. You can get group ticket for up to 5 people for €12.90 for all day. The hotel was clean and the breakfast selection was great. Beds were super comfy. There's a Burger King, McDonalds & Aldi within walking distance of the hotel.
